About this Project

The challenge that this app addresses is unstable immigrants all in one app. This app stabilizes new immigrants who have a hard time buying food, getting a job and buying a house. Our project works by an app that shows immigrants what cheap food to buy that is still nutritious, a 24/7 connection to real time realtors, and an ai that finds a job as long as you take a quiz about you’re preferences.

Professional Feedback

This is a thoughtful project with a strong social purpose, and the references help show that the team put real effort into both the presentation and the app design. I like that the project focuses on practical needs for immigrants, especially food, jobs, and housing, because those are all important parts of building stability in a new country. The Figma prototype and Canva presentation make the idea feel more developed and easier to understand.

One thing that would make the project even stronger is explaining how the app keeps information accurate and up to date, especially for jobs and housing. It would also help to mention language support, accessibility, and safety features, since many immigrants may rely on the app under stressful conditions. Overall, this is a meaningful idea with real-world impact, and the team did a good job organizing it in a clear visual format.
This is a great idea to have everything in one place to help newcomers to the U.S. Your research, interviews, and including entertainment is very well thought out. This app definitely will fill a need for the immigrant community.

Since immigrants can come from anywhere in the world, I'd love to see this available in different languages. To make the app more engaging, the UI might want to include more visuals and links to events & realtor websites.
