About this Project

This app transforms physical education by letting teachers assign workouts as graded homework, with students submitting videos to track participation and progress. It delivers personalized fitness and nutrition guidance based on individual metrics and encourages reflection on physical and emotional well-being after each session. With motivational content and consistent support, the app keeps students engaged, helping them build healthy habits and achieve their fitness goals beyond the classroom.

Professional Feedback

This is a very impressive and fully realized project. You have identified the issue (obesity) included relevant stats, and come up with an app that addresses this issue. It's very smart to have students video their assignments so they can be done on their own time, and the teacher can confirm that they are being completed. Good use of AI to help create individualized routines.

The user interface is quite good and I love the tag line!

Terrific job!
Great job on this project! I will share my feedback slide by slide… Slide 1: I love the graphics and the color scheme. Slide 2: Be careful of the claims you make. Only promise what you can deliver. Instead of saying your app lowers the rate of death due to obesity, you can say that it MAY ASSIST with lowering the rate. Or you can highlight different ways the app helps. Slide 3: I like that you provided actual statistics. Consider making your charts bigger so it is easier to read and more of a focal point. Slide 4: Great research. What community was surveyed? That makes a difference in the statistics. This will also help you to identify your target audience. For each slide, decide what information you want to show the most, and make it stand out. Slide 5: Resources are important! Great job! I have used My Fitness Pal, so I can confirm what it does and does not do. You know your stuff! Good way to direct potential users to your app. Slide 6: Great analysis on the competition. It’ll keep you on your toes when you know what you are up against. Slide 7: Screenshots of the app’s features would be helpful. Paint the picture of how the workouts are done.

A job well done, overall. I like the way the slides flowed from beginning to end. A little more detail on what the user experience will be like would be helpful. Feedback on the app: Great design and colors. I am not sure what order I should look at the screenshots. Maybe placing them next to each other will assist. What is the process for using the app? Do you print out the workout, record yourself, then upload the video? Whatever the process is, try to walk the user through it, so they know what to expect out of the app. What is the age group you are targeting? You should also consider if people would be comfortable with their grades being public. What does ↑A mean? Maybe you can provide information on what will happen when they click it. AI assistants (like chatGPT) can be a useful tool in identifying typos and other errors. You can run your ideas through it and see if their feedback will be useful to you. I enjoyed reviewing your project because it helps to address a very important issue in society!
