About this Project
Decode is a multi-sensory literacy app designed to move dyslexic readers from technology dependence to true independence. By using unique tools to help distinguish mirrored letters, the app physically builds decoding skills rather than just reading for the user. It transforms traditional dyslexic tools into something extraordinary.

Professional Feedback
I am so impressed by this project. I wanted to note that I'm starting to write this feedback before I've even looked at your video or your features themselves.
I consult with founders of health tech companies on how to build their products, especially how to position them, how to measure their impact, and how to build the product experience that people will use them. Often, when I'm speaking to these founders, when I'm looking at their deck, there are so many things they need to fix, and these are professionals. Your positioning is 10/10. I immediately understand what you're building and why. You've done a great job showcasing the depth of features in your product and the value that you can bring to this audience.
One recommendation is that, in your interviews that seem to be focused on usability testing and user research on the product as it exists, so after you built it. I would also recommend thinking about product discovery, which means interviewing or collecting information about your potential users' problems before you build it so that it could inform how you build it. There's value to both sides, so just don't lose sight of the value of doing research both before and after you built a product.

You did a wonderful job with this presentation; your deep empathy for dyslexic children was clear and your structure was very logical and easy to follow. You didn't just explain the academic challenges they face, but you gave us real, practical tools we can actually use to help them succeed. To make your argument even more powerful, I suggest adding a few concrete statistics and perhaps using a dyslexia-friendly font to practice what you preach. Overall, excellent work—molodets!
