Care Go

About this Project

Over the past few days, we’ve been working on something we think can make everyday life much easier. We created an app designed to make booking medical appointments easier. Instead of spending time searching and calling around, our app lets you quickly find nearby hospitals or clinics, choose the specific doctor you need, and book your appointment all in one place. But that’s not all, it also keeps track of your past appointments, so you can easily look back and stay organized with your healthcare.

Professional Feedback

I thought the outline of the design process was very clear and I appreciate the clean visuals accompanying it! Great work!
Would love to see more of the research that informed your design decisions - maybe even developing a user persona or two… You seem to have a good grasp of why the user would need this particular app, and so I would develop that a little further.
I like the Home Screen, with any healthcare app I feel like it’s necessary to be simple and straightforward, and this Home Screen achieves that for me. One suggestion is for the call for assistance to be even more emphasized - this is probably for emergencies, and right now it seems tucked away. Also, I was confused if the send button was associated with the call for assistance button. If so, I would just keep one of the two.

The flow for this app is very straightforward which is great, For making the appointment, a suggestion I have is to have a visual indication of which hospital the user has selected before scheduling the appointment. There’s no indication of that now so I would think the user may be confused on which location they’ve selected before booking an appointment. As an enhancement there could be also a clearer way to select the time and date of the appointment in the scheduling screen as well.

I love the style you have going on and the consistency throughout your provided materials, I would just stay aware of color contrast and accessibility, especially with a healthcare applications. A little darker pink for the buttons may not be a bad idea.

Overall, great job! Excited to see how Care&Go evolves.
