About this Project

We are trying to solve a way to reduce the timeframe for people to be attended and prevent hospital visits. This problem is important because based on our experience whenever a scenario comes up when someone has an emergency and needs a visit to a hospital. We have to wait way too much time in order for the patient to be attended. And we have felt suffering and pain during those 30 minutes and sometimes even more.

What the Judges are Saying

You’ve tackled a very real and meaningful issue in healthcare, and I truly admire how clearly you identified the problem. Your solution reflects a great deal of thoughtfulness and creativity, especially with features like AI assistance. It reminded me of how IBM Watson launched an AI-powered tool to help reduce patient wait times. Your project carries that same spirit of innovation and care. I also appreciate the compassion you showed in designing the UI and UX with the patient experience at the center. Using Figma for your prototype is a great first step. Adding interactive elements to make it clickable could make your presentation even more compelling. Wonderful job addressing a global challenge with empathy and purpose.
You’re tackling such an important and relatable issue, healthcare wait times impact so many people, and it’s really inspiring to see you thinking about how technology can make a difference. I liked how you included multiple ways for users to communicate, like texting, email, and a 24/7 AI option. It shows you’re thinking about real-life urgency and accessibility. One way you could take this even further is by exploring how your app might connect with local clinics or telehealth services to help users get quicker support, or maybe adding a way to assess how serious a situation is to prioritize care. You’re off to a great start — keep building and thinking big!
What I really love about your project is how personal and real it feels. You’re solving a problem that so many people can relate to—waiting in pain, feeling helpless, not getting care fast enough—and you’ve turned that frustration into something really creative and useful.

Your app isn’t just about booking appointments—it’s thinking about the whole picture: patients, doctors, pharmacies, and even backup options like AI when no one’s available. That’s smart. I also think it’s great that you thought about things like language accessibility and older users—it shows you’re not just designing for “tech people,” but for everyone who might need help.

If you keep building this out, one cool idea could be helping users figure out how urgent their situation is—like a quick assessment tool to help guide next steps. But honestly, this is such a strong start. It’s thoughtful, ambitious, and super relevant. Keep going—you’re onto something really impactful here.
