About this Project:

Sea Animals are a big part of our planet. Sometimes humans harm them because they don’t understand their importance. Marine life also helps people and the world we live in.

Firstly, humans harm sea animals by polluting. When plastic gets into the ocean, marine life eats it thinking its food, and gets very sick. After a while, the plastic becomes very damaging because it doesn’t belong in the digestive system, so they die. Many people overuse these animals and that's why they could become extinct. Imagine all the fish and seafood you eat.

Sea animals also help humans drastically. The ocean produces more than half the world's oxygen. Additionally, the ocean provides scores of food. Not only does the ocean provide seafood, but many ingredients from the sea are found in surprising foods such as peanut butter and soymilk. Medicine is another big topic that marine life helps in. Many medicinal products come from the ocean, including ingredients that help fight cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and heart disease.

All in all, sea animals are in big danger, because of the way humans treat them. The marine life is a huge part of our planet, and if they get extinct, the world would change completely.

This is a really cool game, I played for a long time! It really showed off the problem in the set up and I loved the multiple difficulty levels you could choose. It would have been cool if you could have added in little fact bubbles as people play to keep them engaged in the core problems affecting sea animals. But overall this was very informative and fun! Great you could pull off both!!

First, kudos for developing the game and having it ready to play. So good! I was obsessed with winning and kept retrying, again and again, that's an awesome user behavior to have. This could be used as a great education tool, especially for students just learning about pollution. You learn a lot without feeling like you're being taught such a serious topic. As a possible next step, I'd love to see how it could expand to not only discuss pollution but maybe also climate change. Amazing job!

This is one of my all time favorite projects yet!! I love how you guys added so many information about how plastic hurt animals. I would not change anything about the project. I absolutely love it! Well done👏🏼

I like what was shown from the beginning and the different animals you can be
Ingine 👏 a Middle School Student
Good job with making the game very exciting. The different levels allow the player to develop some sort of competitiveness that makes them want to protect these sea creatures. The fact that there was audio for those that have trouble reading shows just how much effort you put into it.
