About this Project:

This project addresses the issue of picking a diverse work team based on the other workers selected. My design is based on just being simple so it doesn’t feel like it’s overwhelming. The project works based on the description of each person and clicking the correct choice based on your opinion.

The overall concept of this project is super unique, and would be super useful! Many companies could use some more diversity especially in the cyber security market, so this would be a very important tool for most enterprises. This project would be so helpful for minorities to have a platform to get their names out in their chosen field!

Hi, Justin!

Thanks for sharing your project with us. I love this idea as a way to increase diversity in organizations. I also think it's a great way to increase awareness on the HR/recruiting side and to help them rethink how they approach hiring. Are candidates able to provide their own information, or how is information sourced for this game? I appreciate how the game is set up—it's so smart to focus on clarity and simplicity. I'm looking forward to seeing future versions of this game and I hope to see it in an interview process soon!

I love the idea of this and can absolutely see it being implemented in an HR/Recruiting world. It is an interesting take looking at how all different types of people with various backgrounds will work together. I would love to see this project dive a little deeper into how the persons background will make them work with others .

I liked how you used a problem that every one might be going through. This project could help a student who needs to relax after feeling overwhelmed by something or just to use it in general.
