What the Judges are Saying

I don’t even have a pet, and somehow you’ve convinced me that an app like yours could ease some of my biggest worries about a pet’s well being. This project is incredibly forward-thinking, innovative, and genuinely persuasive. It’s clear that you all took the time to thoughtfully develop the concept and carefully consider the features needed to truly support the end user.
I can absolutely see this app making it into Shark Tank. With a bit more time and some professional guidance, it has the potential to be a real success. I mean, we’re already embracing telehealth for ourselves- why not take that next step for our pets, who can’t use words to tell us how they feel? This could be a game changer for pet care!
As a pet owner myself - I really connect with this project. You all are right - there's not many things more stressful than rushing to the vet when something is wrong with one of my pets! I think this project has a lot of potential to save pet-owners lots of time and resources! Your UI is clear and easily navigable. I have 2 suggestions that could potentially improve your app. While I really love the telehealth approach to petcare, sometimes an in-person vet visit is necessary and it can be really hard to find an emergency vet thats both open and is available to see your pet. I would love to see resources to support pet-owners in finding emergency vets, particularly after-hours. My last suggestion is about color selection. Your design is attractive, but the red and black is not very calming - I would suggest choosing a color palette with calming colors as your target users are stressed out pet owners. Overall, great work! I hope you all get the opportunity to continue improving your project!
