With a passion for leading and managing teams, I have over 38 years of experience in electronics, information technology, and cybersecurity. I am in a Doctoral Program at the University of the Potomac, working on a Doctoral degree in Computer Science (ABD). I also have a Master of Applied Science in Cybersecurity and several other degrees and certifications in related fields. I have also contributed to 14 US patents in fiber optic, Data Storage, Protocol Analysis, and alarm connectivity systems.

Ellen is the Chief Information Officer at Union College where she oversees Information Technology Services (administrative computing, user services, networking, telecommunications and IT security) and has over 30 years experience in higher ed focusing on the use of technology in support of teaching and learning. She holds a B.S. in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.Ed. in Education Policy, Planning, & Administration from the University of Maryland.

Danice is currently the Associate Director for the Hampton Roads Fiber Solution Center at Verizon. Danice’s career spans over 30 years in the telecommunications and call center industry. She has held a myriad of leadership roles to include Call Center Director and National Director - Telesales with several Fortune 500 Companies. Danice hold's a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Project Management.
