About this Project:
Our app addresses the stress of career decision-making and the accompanying confusion. Our app guides users to explore career paths suited to them, avoiding wasted time on unsatisfying options. This issue is widespread, impacting both individuals and communities, often resulting in underemployment or unemployment. Career uncertainty strains social welfare systems and adds to economic challenges. Through surveys and data gathering, we crafted features to enhance user experience and help them achieve their goals. Pathways offers personalized support via chatbot guidance and empowers users to navigate their career journeys through job fairs and clear steps towards a fulfilling future. It caters to people of all ages and life stages, aiding high schoolers in college selection based on career interests and assisting career changers. Ultimately, our aim is to help people find their dream job, reducing mental stress and unemployment.

Feedback from the Judges:
Good job! This would helpful for high school and college students who are undecided. May I suggest making the survey page checkboxes instead of short answer? I think it would make for an easier user experience and yield better results.
You've done a wonderful job setting up the strategy for this idea. The research you've done (both primary and secondary research) make a clear case for the problem you are solving. And the personas you've developed are creative and inspiring. I've often used personas in my innovation work to better understand my customer and come up with new ideas.
Thank you for your work on this! This project demonstrated outstanding understanding of the target user, their needs, and what is most helpful in driving their success and community impact. The best inventions and innovations start with identifying a problem and you've done an exceptional job getting to know your target audience and what is most helpful to them, directly solving their challenge with your app. The customer experience and meeting their needs is something that I & the executive teams building apps think about every day. You've clearly shown your ability to do just that. I'd love to see this app go live across our communities!

I like the idea and the innovation. This will help many students who don't know what career to choose! The UI is also very clean and presentable! This would also be helpful for me as I don't even know what career to choose.
