About this Project:
Natural resources are being used up and we feel that kids our age new more access to engaging information and activities in order to raise awareness and get involved.
Our design process's first page is fun facts about natural resources and there is a button at the end of the page that takes you to the next page that has tutorials on how to save natural resources. Then the final page is for merch, donations and volunteering options

Makes Me Think
Feedback from the Judges:
Great work! I think this is an important mission, to help save natural resources. I'd love to see more details about the users experience in the app. There is a how-to area for learning about conservation. What makes it engaging and challenging for them? Is it gamified? Can they track the resources they have saved? I think there are lots of opportunities to think about what would really drive users to make changes in their lives.
Great idea to bring awareness about the importance of saving and properly using natural resources. This app could help provide clear information and easy steps we can all take. I like the strategy of incentivize the user to interact with the app by offering merchandise, but perhaps the rewards could also be linked to actions/activities (like turning the faucet off etc.) which can be tracked by the app?
Awesome job! I think it's really interesting that you made the link between rising gas prices and a lack of awareness about natural resources with kids, and that insight helps make this a unique idea for an app. I also really like that you gamified the app with streaks to help spread the awareness that saving natural resources is not just a one time endeavor, but a commitment to an ongoing mission. I think conceptually this is a very strong idea and I can see how this app would be a very fun way to learn more about saving natural resources and track progress. One area for exploration could be in doing research or testing what motivates users more: Fun facts? Taking action? Free stuff? and the results of that research could help you more clearly define the flow of your app.
