Feedback from the Judges:
Great concept! I really like how y'all brought in a few different options for users to explore. I'd love to see where you take this in the future! Consider all different elements that would make someone feel better when facing mental health concerns. This may be in the form of games, podcasts, or meditations. Also consider how to gamify these elements. Great job!
Great job on your pitch! You gave a very clear and powerful summary of your project and how it can help people access help for their issues. You are a great public speaker, and I encourage you to continue to foster your pitch & presentation skills - you're on your way! I also like the chat features associated with the app, and how users can get access to tools very easily on the app. One issue to be aware of as you iterate your idea is safety and personal identity; it will be important to ensure that users can chat anonymously without their information being shared. Mental health apps (and health care in general) have a difficult balance to strike between easy access to info/resources and privacy protection. Well done!
I really enjoyed reviewing your project! This is such a creative approach to sharing mental health resources. It was interesting to see your wireframe transform into a mockup. You really brought your idea to life! I noticed in the wireframe that there was an option to block users. I would love to learn more about that feature and how you would enable or disable interaction between users. Overall, I can tell you put a lot of thought into the design of the messaging feature. Fantastic job!
