Despite working in app development, it has been challenging for me to find a functionality that could fit into your solution that you haven't already included... You are change-makers and UI experts! But I have found something interesting that you can incorporate into your design: Generative AI to relate content, such as searches, filtering or CV information with interests and a Rewards system associated with user analytics and their reviews/rating (similar to Apple Fitness rewards), Rewards motivate users to continue collaborating!
I encourage you to further develop your app prototype, from its design to coding, and to test how a real app would work! ✌😉 🏆

I am extremely impressed by the innovative idea and 'market scan' analysis the group performed to present the functionality of their app and comparison to the current market. I have personally looked for an app online like this in the past to take part in my local community - and have found nothing that can execute to the level of the groups idea, nice job! The pitch and app design was clean, and the overall mission of the app as well as vision for the future was clear.

I think the app can go one step further and create a chat board joining volunteers together to allow them to post their hours, pictures from events, and promote events that are low on volunteers.
