About this Project:
Project Task: Develop a 3D Printed prototype of a coat hanger.
End Users: High School Teachers
Follow the Human Centered Design Process to Identify what Design opportunities there are for your coat hanger prototype.
Students are tasked with designing a prototype of a coat hanger that can be used by a teacher in his/her classroom. Teacher often face the challenge of coming in to their classrooms from rainy weather and they might not have a place to store or hang their coat.
The coat hanger would be a product that teacher will place somewhere in their classroom as the go to place for whenever they need to hang a jacket or coat.

Feedback from the Judges:
This is a nicely designed coat rack and clearly solves the problem of giving the teacher a place to hang their coat. It's cool that you were able to do this 3D design. I'd recommend including some information on how you approached this and the design choices you made to help us understand all the ways your coat rack is new and special.
The 3D model of the coat rack looks ready to be printed and hung on a classroom wall. The video showing the coat rack from all angles is informative and shows thoughtful features like ample pegs and even holes for mounting. It would have been nice to show it oriented vertically, as one would expect to see it mounted. I wonder, what could a teacher use those two big curved pegs for??
