About this Project:
ClubHub is an app dedicated to students, and young adults alike to find their place in schools and the greater world to help with community and afterschool livelihood.
This app helps students learn about clubs available at their school and find the ones that pique their interest. It provides a catalog of clubs as well as an interactive quiz that filters the options to match the user.
As stated before, not only does this app assist with students finding clubs, ClubHub also helps students find events and gatherings happening around them by cataloging any upcoming or recurring events near them.
Creating clubs or community events is easier than ever with our streamlined process and managing the club directly in the app.

This project was phenomenal to learn about! I wish I had something like this when I was in high school; as someone who was very active in clubs and extra-curriculars, having an app that could help me keep track of and discover new clubs would have been such a help! I like you design choices too! The design was simple but clear to understand, and it felt very academic - it gave me the vibe that it was meant for school - which was a plus! I'd love to see what innovations you'd make with this project in the future. Great work!
This is an excellent idea for high schools and colleges! Not knowing where to look for clubs is a complaint I've heard on many college campuses. Two pieces of feedback I have are that you should be careful about the language of scholarships. There are many outside scholarships for certain clubs. Not all schools will offer scholarships for clubs, nor do you have to collect clubs to get into college. Be careful not to make anything that sounds like promises in your pitch/presentation, especially if it revolves around money. My second piece of feedback is about competition. Meet Up is a similar app that allows you to look for things to do in your area; your app wouldn't compete because it's geared towards a younger audience. I would make why your app is safe for young people to use a part of your pitch. You used some great development skills on your prototype. I was impressed by the look and feel of your app, and I liked your quiz as well. Keep up the good work!
There's so much thoughtfulness in this project! I loved all of the different features you implemented and how thorough your app is, including solutions for moderation and keeping the app safe. I also loved that you thought about different entry points to get all kinds of users started, especially the idea of a quiz. It's great that your presentation included a competitor analysis and challenges — a really fantastic start.
I'd love to see more ways for the individual clubs to be able to create community within your app — perhaps they could share photos or videos, or a feed of activities? Overall, fantastic job, and I can't wait to see where this app goes!
