Love this app! While I'm not a ~sporty~ person, I know that companies struggle (and spend millions of dollars monthly) on galvanizing communities and creating rituals that they can tie their brands to, and I've never seen any tap into this way of people connecting. Kudos on a fresh angle!

You have such a well-thought out and written pitch. Incorporating a simple and catchy (see what I did there) hashtag can be a really strong tool. I feel like I immdiately understood who your target market is, your mission, and how you operate. You're solving a small problem that lots of people feel every day, and the fact that this app is designed by genuine users who want this platform for their own benefit shines through. That's much more authentic than building an app that may perform well. Don't lose sight of how important personal experiences are in these creative processes!

The slides were nicely thought out and seem easy to navigate. Consider adding the ability to let users create profiles to be found/invited to games (rather than seeking them out) and maybe one day you host live events that are planned, fostering a greater sense of community offline. It may be helpful for players to sort by experience level instead of age, especially for those out of school where age is less of a factor than how long someone has been playing. May lead to better games!

It's great that you incorporated ways to filter for games nearby for a more custom experience, this will definitely lead to users finding better experiences! Lastly, I LOVE that you end this with a crisp and clear call to action. Shout out to the future Marketing Manager on this team!

This is so great! Please keep working on it.

I hope to see it on an app store near me very soon :) good luck!!!

I wish I could use this app right now! There are so few opportunities for people to just pick up and play a sport once they are passed a certain age.

My favorite feature is the page that shows you what is happening near you, since sometimes I do not know what I want to play, but I know I want to get out and be active. I have tried finding sports online, but it is always difficult to know what is happening in my immediate area or they require advanced planning and registration to attend.

Your written pitch was so well-developed as well! I wish that I could hear it live. Maybe one day you can pitch this on Shark Tank!

This is an app that I would love to have. I'm not always free at the same time every week, so it's hard for me to get involved in a regular pickup game. But, when I am free, I have no way to find the games that might be going on nearby! So this would be a great app.

I like that this is an app that doesn't try to just hammer home a message like, "Fitness is important". Instead, it solves a real problem for people and, in so doing, makes it easier for people to get more active while also strengthening local community.

Your pitch is very well written. And it looks like you put a lot of thought into the design of the app, with geolocation, filtered searches, video, even the ability to track when people might have to leave early. Very impressive.

One thing to think about is how to incentivize people who host a game or are already involved in a game to list it. They may not want newcomers taking their spots. Maybe, regular attenders in a game should have a chance to reserve a slot up until a few hours before the game starts, and only then the unclaimed spots would open up to new people?

Maybe the host of a game could have the option to accept or reject people, and there could be a skill and sportsmanship rating system, to incentivize people to be well behaved and to make it easier to create balanced games?
