About this Project:

Our project tackles a big problem in the US: the high cost of education. After talking to lots of different students, we found out they really want ways to get real-world experience while they're studying. So, we thought up an app where students can find internships or part-time jobs related to what they're learning. This app is meant to help students balance their studies and work by offering flexible job options. It lets students earn money, learn useful skills, and even help pay for their schooling.
To create this app, we did a bunch of research and talked to students to understand what they wanted. We kept improving our idea based on what people told us, making sure the app is easy to use and has lots of job options. We want it to be a solution for all students, no matter their financial situation. If we can make this app happen, it could be a big help to students everywhere, making it easier for them to move from school to work and reducing the stress of paying for education.

Great job, Yusufjon and Aaliyah! Your app idea is a one-stop shop for users to not only find an internship or job but also to help manage their time and build accountability with the built-in calendar, email, and income components. I can see how you used your interviews to tailor this app to address user needs, and the UX/UI is spot on. It was great that you talked about how you chose the colors and style of the app. However, I didn't understand how the name of the app, BREAD, is connected to its purpose. Initially, I thought it might be related to selling baked goods or providing food for the hungry. Perhaps consider a different, unique name that clearly connects to the app's purpose. Overall, you both did a fantastic job!
