About this Project

Researchers are finding that both genetic and environmental factors contribute to the risk of developing an anxiety disorder. The risk factors for each type of anxiety disorder vary. However, some general risk factors include: Shyness or feeling distressed or nervous in new situations in childhood.

Our app can help solve real-world problems by providing a safe and supportive environment for people dealing with anxiety. By using the app, users can learn about anxiety and practice coping mechanisms without fear of judgment or negative consequences. This can lead to increased self-awareness, improved mental health, and better overall well-being.

In addition, the app can be a useful tool for individuals who may not have access to traditional mental health resources, such as therapy or medication. Overall, the app can be a valuable addition to a person's mental health toolkit and can help them overcome anxiety in their daily lives.
