About this Project:
Love Yourself is an app that helps people feel good about themselves and personalities.Looking more towards the reality of life, people change themselves mentally and physically.There is a lot of problems in the world but self hatred is the common one. Using our app would help people learn to love themselves more than they’ve ever did.
The problem that we observed was that many people are feeling insecure about themselves and some are even changing themselves because of it. What made us want to solve this problem was because we see a lot of people doing plastic surgery and self harm, and the main cause is social media. Social media is the main cause because it has a lot of exposure and sometimes it’s not even natural. That’s what editing is. People edit their pictures to make themselves or their lives look more than what it originally is. So others who view that person’s post, they would probably believe that’s what they are really like and feel bad about what they have.
As one of the senior members on the team, I spend most of my times in helping out various engineering within and outside of my team. The day also involves a lot of technical discussion on planning out a new feature or building out a new product for internal use.

I am a Computer Science Graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology. Throughout my professional experience, I have worked on enterprise systems ranging in size and encompassing a wide spectrum of technologies. I love my work to have real impact in improving lives of people and community.
