Energy Saviour

About this Project:

The challenge that our project addresses is air pollution.

Firstly, we thought the app was one big meter, and over time we realized if someone's meter was too high, how would they lower it? How would they know how to save energy? And along the way, we developed different ideas for different features.

-Our app works as an energy-conserving app. So when you open it you sign up, and then you are at the home screen where there's a lot of buttons you can look through. Each button has a unique feature; how to make you want to conserve energy and make you and others cautious about how much energy you are using.

You guys are Energy Heroes! I love how you three combined your energy (haha) together to create this cool concept. Too many people waste energy and cause more pollution to our planet. Its massively important to conserve energy and what better way to see it than on a screen that shows real results. This idea will enable people to see what their consumption levels are and make adjustments. Some people are very competitive, so they like seeing progress. Good job, team. I cant wait to see what you guys come up with next.

Your idea addresses a very real and important need, so it has the potential to make a big impact! Your slides and video present the need and the idea very well. An energy tracking app might be pretty boring to use, so I like that you tried to make it more fun by showing people how they are doing and if their energy use is going up or down. You might think of ways to make it even more inspiring for people to use the app and decrease their energy use by making it into a game somehow. Maybe they get some kind of reward for reaching different levels of energy reduction or they can compete with their friends. Anyway - very nice work!

Hi John, Derin, Jiho,
Congratulations on the creation of a fun app for a very serious problem that needs to be addressed. I love your individual and combined energy and passion throughout the video pitch, I am incredibly inspired !!
Making your app relatable to your target audience is incredibly important and you did a fantastic job demonstrating how everybody using your app can make an impact. You offer practical advice and links, and on top of it, the user meter is really fun. You did a great job articulating your idea with passion, I really like every feature, the clean design, the fun elements, and your pitch.
Your presentation is well articulated and laid out, your app mockups are great, very nice work. I really liked your use of simple graphics, it makes it impactful, less is more and you followed this well; leaving me wanting to dive in, use the app to track how I can do my part.
Congratulations once again on a really great project, great work all around, you should be very proud.

I think your idea is really an innovation and would be really helpful if it was actually created and put into hard work maybe some adjustments would be great
