About this Project:
I came up with the idea when I was on YouTube and watching a video discussing mental illnesses in the U.S. . It made me think about how many people were distressed and hopeless in our environment. When I joined app design, it made me have an idea to make an app to help you and people across the globe who are struggling with their mental illnesses.
It would be on app store. It works like an app on your phone. You can click certain buttons desired to what you are looking for in our Calm it Down app.

Community Feedback:
Feedback from the Judges:
Your emphasis on providing resources to low-income people is very admirable! Some of these local resources are hard to find depending on the community you live in. Working to provide specific online help based on the topic for those who might not have something close by, feels like a great balance of options for users of your app. Very sweet of your team, nice job!
However, I wish you mentioned what sets it apart from other mental health apps that exist. There are a few things that maybe your search for a therapist section can include before showing the nearby options, such as inputting the users age and Health Insurance or asking what the user's budget would be for such services. You mentioned the app is for users of a lower income, but showing any therapists in their area does not guarantee they will be able to afford the service.
