“Artdeque”

Our project addresses artists who need help with both the motivation to make art and creating art. We wanted to make an app about art and address the artist community who didn’t have the motivation to keep up art and learn different styles and techniques. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts, many schools do not have art programs and students are left with little to no accessibility to art. Even in college, students are only able to take art if it is something they choose to do, not as a part of any major or curriculum. Our app would allow people to have access to all types of art, catered tutorials, and the ability to interact with other artists to create a design together. For example, if you wanted to learn how to draw a hand, you could watch tutorials or interact with other people to create. You would also have the option to draw, paint, sculpt, etc.

We built up on the idea to help artist’s continue creating art. If you go to the search button you can search anything specifically that interests you. The canvas will help you make stuff, such as post your work to your profile, draw digitally, take audio, and instructions on how to use the items. The portfolio will show you your profile and your public and private content. The leaderboard will show the top 10 users that have done the most art related work. The teamwork parties will have you work with others on other themes, and you’ll have to color in the outlined drawings depending on the theme.
