About this Project:
Our app helps disadvantaged people. The app provides ways to help people in difficult situations or provides directions to everyday essentials, if you are in need of help .
This app was designed to help homeless people. At first, we were two separate groups. We noticed the similarities and decided to work together. When working on this project we found that it would be helpful to have a white and black design for people that may have trouble seeing in bright light. Eventually we made our target people other than homeless people like people that could help or people that are just struggling in general.
This project would be an app you can download from the App Store. You would be able to use it to donate, for directions to places that provide you with fundamental tools or volunteer to help out people.

Feedback from the Judges:
I really liked how you evolved who your user was and what problem you were trying to solve based on your process and working with another group. I have some questions around how you determined why people don't help the homeless population more and what aid is helpful for the homeless population. In the future, I would try to talk to friends, family, neighbors, etc about their experience helping the homeless population, why or why not they do it, and then test out your solution with them to see if it would change their behavior. I would also do some research about what other solutions are out there so you can figure out what works well and where there are opportunities to fulfill a need. Great work and keep it up!
This is such a compassionate wonderful project idea, my heartfelt congratulations to all involved.
Collaborative work is such an important part of project management, it is pivotal and you have many nice ideas organized in a logical menu option, you clearly did a lot of work as 2 teams became one and it shows.
You leverage the power of proximity with the map feature to help simplify and drive user experience, this is very nicely done.
Congratulations to all.

An amazing idea to get people involved at the palm of their hands. There has been so many times I have wanted to stop and help those on the streets or train stations but I had no time to do so. This app gives you time and connects you with places that you can donate time to help. I love it.

This is the best app I have seen yet. Not only does it help the homeless, it helps people get around when they are in need of direction.

So if it helps homeless people, it might be useful to think about how is a homeless person going to have a phone.

Excellent job on this! This app has so much potential - many people have extra food and clothes lying around but don't have the opportunity or resources to donate. This app could give so many people the opportunity to help others in need - nice work!

Sensational job Anypoint team. You had an idea of an app and made it come to life. The design is simple and makes sense. Your pitch was great. I have been at Penn Station or walking in the city and wanted to help but didn't have the time to. Your app helps people donate their time, money, or resources to those that are in need with a just a click of a button. Keep up the good work.

Hi, I really like the idea of this app! I did a similar project with a group last year, it was titled Omeon. The only thing I would recommend is maybe making it more accessible, because I really don´t see how homeless people might have phones. A suggestion is making a desktop/website version so it can be accessed through public library computers.
