About this Project:

Our project addresses the issue of finding a show/movie to watch. Sometimes you never know what to watch or want to watch something new out of your comfort zone. We came up with this app with this exact idea in thought. We wanted to create an app that will address this issue and make it easier to watch a show when you are bored

Oh this definitely solves a problem I know a lot of people (including myself have)! I think the idea is great, but would love to see it expanded a bit more. Maybe once you're done watching a recommendation, you can rate it and then the picker gets more accurate at figuring out your taste?

Netflix Finder is a really good concept! Especially if it personalizes the types of things I like to view! Or has random ways to surprise me - with things I might like!
It is hard for me to tell what makes this unique from how I currently search for things to watch now - so I recommend giving a bit more explanation on how this functions and why I might want to use this besides a regular search. A wireframe or sketches to go with the presentation would have helped to better understand the different ways people could use Netflix Finder.

Where was this all of quarantine?! I absolutely love this idea and can see it being used by a lot of people! The site is great and so is the app demo. The only thing I would say should be added is a "sort by genre" feature, and maybe some categories like "for date night" and "family night". Other than that I know I would use this app myself! Love this!

Thank you for a record-breaking 14th anniversary event! Comments are officially closed until next year.
