“Temporary”

About this Project:

Temporary is based around the climate change and environment preservation issue. When designing the idea, we came together to create a song to provide awareness about the topic in an ironic way. Coming up with the idea for a song was simple due to the attention it faces; when something has a catchy chorus or memorable sound, it is more likely to be recalled.

Beautiful work! The topic is vitally important and well-represented by your thoughtful presentation. I appreciated the careful choice of graphics and well-written text. Your song is memorable and compelling. How amazing that you wrote it ... and that you know of Joni Mitchell!

I hope that you find a way to get your project out into the public so others can appreciate your work as well.

Congratulations!

As a singer-songwriter, who grew up on my mom's Joni albums, and is really concerned about climate change, this project has a particularly soft spot in my heart. I love the choice of images. Your song is lovely, the raw recording is well done, the chord choices and harmonies are innovative, and I appreciate both the dystopian images, personal connection, and irony in your lyrics.... I'm curious about the game; it seems like a very evocative way to engage people, but I'm not entirely sure how to play it..... I love your "Taking Part In The Solution" section. Perhaps it would help people to take actionable steps if you added links to resources for how to do some of these things? For example how to start composting, how to add solar panels to buildings, how to recycle waste and re-use water (grey water etc) for gardens etc..... Lovely and creative work! I wish you all the best with this and with future projects that make a beautiful and positive impact on the world.
