About this Project:

My project was created on Code.org, using App Labs. It is a trivia game based on the periodic table and users are tested on how well they know their elements through two categories, the element group and its uses. Users can use a periodic table to assist them in guessing the element. My app was created for educational purposes, mostly for students in chemistry, as well as students who want to learn all the elements in the periodic table.

Very fun! I know a lot of students learn best through interactive games or an activity. It challenged me to remember the elements and I wanted to keep playing. I could see an extra hint feature added so that students could get one more guess in. Also, tracking your high scores could be fun. Great job!

So much fun! Who wouldn't rather play while they're learning? I loved the clues that helped you at least narrow it down. One thing you might explore in the next iteration is making it a multiple choice. So I can pick from three or four options. But a great, fun way to learn.

Very educational and impressive you build the app on code studio + created a Wix website for your pitch; both feel very professional! It was also smart of you to choose a topic everyone would know, since that would make the game relatable to most and expand your ability to reach a wider target audience! I think as you further develop the game, you can work on creating a more engaging user interface that incorporates visuals of each element as well as a drop-down selector instead of a type-in box so people can more easily choose from all the elements.
