About this Project:

English Translation of the App name: "Against Bullying, depression and frustration: personal improvement"

The purpose of this application is to help people whether they are suffering from anxiety, or depression and do not have the motivation to move forward. This app will also be to help people who are bullied and suffer from low self-esteem. Bullying is very serious as it can cause suicide and homicide in some cases.

Really amazing to see you tackling something like this! Depression and anxiety are growing issues for today's youth as a result of mistreatment and bullying. I appreciate your playful use of colors and characters - it makes the app approachable and relatable. For future iterations, it would be great to see user flows through the app (in addition to the login/registration screens). Feel free to pull ideas from successful apps that address mental health like Headspace. Well done!

I really enjoyed reading through your design process, it was very well explained with supporting statistics and research. I thought the registration page was very unique and when you do finish this app idea I think space theme is very fun and welcoming and you should continue to use that design. Overall the idea of building an app geared towards mental health is much needed especially during these most recent years and I like that this app will help allow people to express their feelings. Great work on your project!

Mental health is not a topic often talk about so it is great to see some spotlight shined on the topic. We all at times need words of encouragement. I love the concept of an astronaut navigating our "alien" thoughts and guiding us back home. I would add the option for other users to send encouraging messages to each other so that people feel less alone in bad situations.
Overall I loved the aesthetics and the research you did behind the topic. Thank you for enlightening us on a difficult topic and taking the time to try improve the lives of others.

Mental health is one of the most important topics that doesn't get nearly enough attention, I applaud your focus on the issue. This is one of the best-designed presentations I've seen, packed with a lot of research and data points around bullying and mental health in general, very well done. I particularly enjoy the Astronaut avatar -- there is something very creative about starting with that character and expressing myself through him/her. I'd love to see more app screens around how I can express myself as a user. Excellent start, would love to see this get made!

Thank you for a record-breaking 14th anniversary event! Comments are officially closed until next year.
